That is the speed you should be able to change with the FAN speed controls. Separately there should be speeds indicated for the rad fans, and there may be only ONE speed shown, to represent both fans. So if you are seeing a speed that does not change, maybe that is the PUMP speed. SOMETIMES you do have an option for one or two slightly reduced speeds of the pump. ![]() ![]() There MAY be a way to adjust the speed of the PUMP, but very often such systems are designed to run the pump at only full speed. Within that utility, look closely at what it says you are examining and setting. One arm has outputs to the fans on the rad, and those are monitored and controlled by the Engine utility. One arm has two connectors for the ARGB lights in the pump and fan frames, and those lights are controlled by a different software utility, RGB Fusion 2.0, that also uses the USB connection. One arm connects to a SATA power output from the PSU for system power. There is NO connection to your mobo's CPU_FAN header, so you can NOT use your mobo's BIOS setup tools to do any control or monitoring of this cooler system.įrom the pump unit there's a multi-headed cable system. All the other electrical signals and controls are done though that communication link and the AORUS Engine software utility. True, the system has only that one USB2 mobo header connection.
